Giovanni ha sviluppato competenze tecniche e manageriali in Pianificazione Strategica, Controllo di gestione, Amministrazione, Finanza e Sistemi Informativi, acquisendo altresì una visione generale dei diversi processi aziendali. Nei crescenti ruoli di responsabilità ricoperti, Giovanni ha contribuito attivamente alla formulazione di piani sia strategici che economico-finanziari, oltre che alla loro esecuzione e controllo (comprese numerose operazioni straordinarie), lavorando a stretto contatto con il vertice aziendale e gli azionisti. Infine, dal 2009, come Presidente nel settore Bricolage. Contribuendo inoltre attivamente alla ristrutturazione dello stesso settore. In questo modo ha avuto modo di gestire direttamente aspetti di Corporate Governance e gestione dei rischi aziendali.

Giovanni has been developing management and technical skills in Strategic Planning, Management Control, Administration, Finance and IT, acquiring a global vision of the many business processes. In his growing executive roles, Giovanni has been contributing actively to set up strategic as well as financial and economical plans, making sure they were then correctly implemented and rightly monitored (including several Equity and Debt operations), working directly with the company’s C-Level executives and the shareholders. Finally he worked as chairman in the DIY sector, bringing his own contribution to the restructuring of that sector as a whole. Therefore he had the opportunity of managing directly Corporate Governance and Risk Management issues.
